Join the choir!
Portico has a community choir called The Newquay Singers who sing sacred music and perform mostly at Portico, three or four times during the year.
The choir currently has around 30 members and they come from a wide range of backgrounds and levels of experience. Anyone can join the choir and everyone is welcome. Some can read music and some can’t. A few could manage a solo but most prefer to sing in harmony!
The choir’s Musical Director is Neil McClure and the choir practices are at Rockport School in Holywood on Wednesday evenings. If you’d like to find out more please contact Neil.
